RED RUST BUCKET that's what we call it...stripping a bus is possibly as much work as rebuilding one !

yip we are stripping it for spares
the channel on the roof is a slider(guide) for a tent,it also has a curtain rail that runs inside along the whole rear of the bus.
this bus just stood in the velt for years..instead of in a shed of sorts...the caretaker of the bus is into studebakers...so the bus meant squat to him.

one thing i must say..these buses are strong..even rusted to shit, it is not an easy job stripping them,they don't just fall apart !
we were thinking of making it a convertible

Eish THAT is a rust bucket. Try cut out that bulkhead behind the seats in one piece and save it, someone will surely be looking for one sometime.
I gave one away to someone who needed one, the previous owner had hacked it out !
