Here is some pics of when i bought it:

The tyres on the jeep is not the tyres it cam with so due to the tyres being worn out the first thing I did was to replace the tyres on the Willys this is what I got: 265/75/15

After that the longest part started and that was to sort out the electrical wiering of the Willys and due to me being a student i took the option of doing it myself and that was one i did regret until i was done with it.
Before, there we chocolate blocks everywhere on the body and funky connections as well.

After: Took me about a year to do everything because of exams and also the rainy weather.

Next it was reinforcing the fiberglass floor, the willys doesnt have a pan like your normal beach buggys, I used checkerd plate 1.5 mm thick and it came out better the i was expecting:

For a while now i was thinking of going old school landy on the jeep with the spare tyre on the bonnet and after about two weeks of thinking about it i just closed my eye and went for it: the result was decent and I like it. i used 1.5 mm checkered plating as a base to give some support to it.

After looking for about a year and a half i could get my hands on an alternator, finaly, then i pulled the motor to put the new alternator stand, oil attachment and alternator in. This was a bit difficult because i tried it first with the motor in and came to the conclusion that it was an utterly stupid decision and then i dropped the motor.

The jeep then went to get new brakes, handbrake cable, brake lines and fuel lines. No pics unfortunately.
Went to get the roll cage fixed at the back and have some mounting point welded in.

So this is where i currently stand with my project. The motor has been dropped for some new gaskets and paint. cleaning the fins as well. I will post pics as soon as im done with it. Here some random pics for you to look at enjoy.

This is how its going to look when im done but just with the spare wheel on the bonnet:
