I have to say, after reading your write-up, the idiom "do not judge the book by it's cover" is so true. R12k anyone would have thought that was a bargain!!!

GeeWizz, looks like a VW scrap yard there, hope you get some good use out of the spares and maybe even get one or both of those bugs running again..
