Re: My Speedster
I remember this one being for sale. A guy based in Centurion? About R60k? I phoned the Saturday (all excited!) if I remember correctly and it was sold the day before.

John this car was for sale at a garage in Wynberg in JHB. For long about 2/3 years ago. Look at the pic's I posted in the gallery. Use to be Pearl white. This car was buildt by kitcar centre years ago. Amazing space frame, and no shorthcut's. (not for 60)

Re: My Speedster
The frames on the older ones are pretty impressive. I saw on my last visit to replicars that the beams under the dash and A-Pillara are not the same as the older cars. Guess that you can get away with less cost and charge the same price, then why not....eddyr wrote:John this car was for sale at a garage in Wynberg in JHB. For long about 2/3 years ago. I saw one in jhb that looked the same for about R35 000 I think it was........replicars also were buying up older tired speedsters and refurbing them at that stage. There's an older post of mine in here somewhere where there was a while one that they had just picked up from somewhere in Cape Town for dirt cheap. Bugger would maybe remember as I have a pic of him standing next to it.
