Oval Window Beetle
I was on my way to Gariep on Saturday the 11th and spotted an oval window beetle the same colour as John Lemon's resto being towed the other way (towards PE). It was stationary at a stop n go near Noupoort. She was quite dusty but the paint work looked bright enough. The vehicle doing the towing was a two tone brown and cream '80s VW kombi. The bug was resting at a nose up angle; the front wheels were probably on some sort of dolly.
