Hey Jay
this is what I would go for, but i am at a predicament.
I am currently selling my '74, but this car in the pic is just like mine, so i dunno whether to ditch the "looking for a '60's bug" idea and going for this?

I don't know. I dont have the money to start over again. I know that i will have to take the car completely apart this time, and i dont know if i can do it right now, :?:  :?

It depends entirely on what you want out of it.

You can have Bob on the corner do a quickie for you for daily use at around 8k, or Joe up the street do a decent job for around 15k-18k, or go show level with full p/beating and a flawless job for anywhere up to 80k - these shops few and far between, and Hannes Schnetler is the recommended option in this department.

You pick.
