Eben that is a sweet car, price is ok. the big problem with these are that you HAVE to change the waterpump at 100 000, I see that the timing belt has been changed. Also the 4.2 is kinda known to have transmission problems, it is a case of you get a good one and never have issues with it, or......... !!
I can see you are a big Audi fan too. Man some of the best cars on the road, not only ride quality, but fit and finish so far above compairable cars on the market. I have owned about 10 Audi's 80's, 100's, A6, S4, Ur Quattro, etc. The only car I trust. Looking at replacing the S4 for the GF at the moment, might go A6 3.0L, found a nice low mileage one but need to go see.
Don't argue with an idiot, people watching may not be able to tell the difference
They have chains not belts.....I thought. Only the 2.0 TDI still has the belt. Change of the waterpump, all the belts and tension pullies and cambelt belt (if it has one) is £500 all in if the audi is over 3 years now at the Audi dealer. Not bad I thought.
I love Audi's and the A6 is my favourite.....my new one is beautiful even if a little hard as it's fitted with the sports SLine suspension.
