This morning I got up early with the idea of gettin the engine back into the Buggy and get it running,and I'm happy to report that she starts and runs again.
Here is some pics of the engine as various bits went on.
Tomorrow I'll takes some pics of the engine inside the Buggy.

SikaFlex. They makes all sorts of silicone and bonding agents.To stick metal to metal,use SikaFlex 221.
The leads are normal Bougi cords but I found some blue ribbed cable tidy and cut it so it would fit over the leads.Must say,it looks very clean.

Thanks guys.
Here are the pics of the engine in the Buggy.The coil and fuel pump are behind the fan on the firewall for a cleaner look.
The engine is in and the bar went on and fits like a glove.All I need to do is to tiighten the bolts at the bottom on the fork where the bar fits onto.
