Various parts and metal for sale...

Post by Merlin »

I have some split bus metal available...

Crankhandle rear valance - will need extensive work @ R 300

'55 - '58 decklid - donor use only @ R 300
Set of "innie" vents @ R 300

Set of "outie" vents @ R 300

Each are actually the same, just flipped.
How about a RHD dash section? Two available.

...and some other bits and pieces - let me know what you need.

----------
Stock 15" bug rims @ R50 ea.

I have some Bay' rims here too, and may have 2 Brasilia rims (R 200 set) too - will check and update here asap...

2 x 14" Rostyles @ R 400 set.

Image

Image
All will need recon'.

----------

Set of '68+ bug headlights @ R 200

---------
This was bought for my dizzy, but it's wrong.

EDIT: This is for a late-model Kombi.

Code: DR8152HS

It's brand new, and I have the receipt for it too.

R 300

This coil has approx. 100km on it.

It got changed because it wasn't compatible with my setup.

It works 100% and was purchased new.
R 150

----------
These are left over from my project.

They are a pair, and were custom made for my bug in error - length issues with my custom suspension setup.

Braided teflon hose with a protective coating. The fittings are standard style, so no issues integrating them.

190mm ea.

Image
Image
R 500 takes them - that's less than cost price.

----------

Type 4 air filter @ R 200

----------
Image

The white looks like a later addition - or touch-up.

The green is OG.

One is perfect, one has a very slight ding, and one has a larger ding near the center.
R 300 set.

----------
Stock-length Bugpack 3/4" BALLJOINT 'lowered' bar and is in as-new condition.

The only difference between a non-lowered and lowered bar is the way in which the bar is bent during manufacturing.

A 'lowered' bar allows more clearance when you drop the car, but works exactly the same way as a standard.

The bar will be supplied with urethane mounts - you need to supply the type of clamps you prefer to use.

The bar should be used in conjunction with a rear bar/camber compensator, depending on what your bug has - s/a vs. IRS.
R900

...or will swop for a k&l stock-length 3/4" bar.

----------
Image

'68 - '73 'triangular' bug taillight innards and trim @ R 50
----------

1 x late-model bug fender indicator (the large one) @ R 150

----------
Urethane bushings... [NEW]

Image

Outer balljoint beam bushings; red (x4)
R 250

----------
Sorting out some old spares in the garage and came across these Dunlop Ultra belts...

Did some Googling and et voila, we have the following:

68+ bug external mirror; R50
Condition of this mirror? If it's still usable, I'll take it.

I still have the BTT and Dirty Harry to give you
If it's too low, you're too old

Hey Blitz',

Consider it a swop. ;)

Can't help with that right now.

Only what's advertised for the moment. :)
