1300 valves suppliers

Post by 73type2 »

I've taken two sets of 1300 cylinder heads for rebuilding, but I'm having difficulty sourcing valves locally in South Africa. I tried Master Parts and Alert, with not much luck. Are there any other local leads, or should I just get them from abroad? The sizes are Intake 35.5mm and Exhaust 32mm with 8mm stem.

Do you got the original valves' part numbers you looking for?

I got some valves, (113 109 612A Exhaust valves) and 311 109 601 Intake valves.

Are you sure the 35.5mm is correct for the 1300, is it not 33mm (113 109 601D)?

Hi,
I don't have the part numbers, but I'm sure about the 35.5 for the 1300 intake. I've measured them. Alert told me they have 32mm exhaust valves for the 1300, but I'll see how many they have. I actually also need 33mm intake and 30mm exhaust valves for my 1200 heads. I've measured those as well.

A search on those part numbers shows that you have what I need.

Check with Alert and also try Volkspares. I know Volkspares keep the Evam brand, nothing wrong with them.

I would be able to help with the rest you if you don't come right. I did buy them for my own engines.
Some do have stainless steel stems but I will need to check which ones got them.
